It is used the technology of news import through RSS lines provided by the sources themselves, manual introduction of the news by moderators, administrators and participants of the project, and automatically indexing (subscripting) and analyzing of news on the specified sources directly by the search robot as well.

"Headlines" is a work with headers and short context news. In the section "Headlines" only the news headers of relative theme and region are broadcasted. By clicking the header you can get familiar with both, the news announcement, headers of the similar (or resembling) news on the other sites, related headers of the news about a person if any is mentioned in the news. Here, clicking the reference of the source at the end of the news header, you shall get the list of news of precisely this very source.
"Today news" is the main page of the portal in fact. Here you can read the whole text of the most interesting news that is introduced by moderators and administrators of the portal. The possibility appears to vote for a piece of news, discussions etc.

Constantly. In the mode of 7 days on round the clock. Delay in issue of the news after their publication on the relative source takes usually 5-10 min. In such mode the monitoring and manual introduction of the news are going on with the support of our administrators and monitors.

It's possible in the section "Headlines". At the end of the news header there is a reference to the source hereof. By clicking the source you get the whole list of news of this source. In the same way, by clicking the source in the section "Sources".

All services of the project are absolutely free of charge for the visitors.

On the portal there are two archives. An archive of the full-text news where the news is saved for the last year. And "Archive of the headlines" is for saving of headers and short-context news within the period of 30 days.

This is quite standard and convenient option for registered users – "Participants" of the project. By reading the header and annotation of the news in the section "Headlines" the registered users can see the reference "To Note". By clicking it you send a piece of news to your personal note in "Personal Cabinet". For example, when you promptly browse the headers of the news, but don't have much time to get familiar with content more in detail and would like to do this later. Or, probably, simply to save it. At later date, you enter "Personal Cabinet" and read a piece of news having clicked "Bookmark in Note".

First of all, based on the data of statistics we offer the system of ratings being specially developed for Internet-mass-media that can investigate information demand on news in part of themes and regions, monitor migration of news, analyze impact your mass-media in various regions and headings, estimate interests of audience. Secondly, we offer participation in the system of news exchange due to which mass-media will significantly increase the attendance attracting the audience of exactly their target group without putting at risk own reputation and secure for advertisers their interested audience.

Special algorithms of internal search are applied. Searching script produces the analysis of headers and texts of news according to the search words/ or phrases introduced by a user.

On the import extent of news, that is time. The news being last delivered to the base is outputted higher. Herewith the system of internal filtering is under operation that we are trying to improve constantly. Matched or similar news being preliminary published on other sources are deleted from the general headline and transferred to the bloc "Similar News". You see this bloc under the header and announcement of a piece of news by clicking the header.

The TOP news posting is oriented for any visitor of the portal. The subscription is possible from any page in the right margin and there is no necessity for registration. The more often reviewed news in the section "Headlines" during the last 24 hours is found in the TOP list.
This posting is to be sent every day at 10:00 a.m. in the form of the list of headlines (references) and annotations of the widely read news. In our opinion, more interesting is the second possibility that is organization of private subscription in the personal cabinet. Here in the section "My Headlines" the personal headline can be adjusted by using filters in order to select news according to region, theme, key words (search words – tags) as well as to assign periodicity, day of the week, time etc., when Newsper will select distinctively such news for you and send to your address with personal e-mail.

By simply clicking the reference "to offer the source" at the foot of the page and filling in the form. Here we receive RSS address of a source headline (site which news you would like to have on Newsper). But we recommend to register and accordingly to get the status Participant of the project. Then to enter your personal cabinet and to use option "Add source of the news". The request received from here are considered faster and proved to be more reliable. Here you can indicate not only the address of RSS, but simply the site address as well. Moderator analyses the site that you offered and take decisions as for the connection.

A number is changeable all the time. It's possible to see how many and which sources broadcast their news in the section "Sources" or on the page "Statistics".

Additional possibilities for registered users are constantly increasing. At the stage of project launch the possibility to work in "Personal cabinet" is presented.

You can:
• To form own headlines using filters according to themes, region and defining key words, phrases. Newsper Robot shall constantly monitor headlines in your specified regions and thematic sections, select references to the news where your defined tags (key words) are occurred, and form your own headline. There is no necessity any more to browse a lot of headers since the necessary news is to be grouped into personal headline that you are able to read in personal cabinet any time. Aiming at your comfort enhancement the headers of the news shall be delivered to your mail box indicated by registration, herewith you independently set the time and days of the week for news delivery;
• To form the own note of news – browse headers and annotations in the headline, you can put "To Note" materials that you are interested in, and get familiar with them later on at your convenience;
• To offer new sources of news with more probability that they will undergo moderation and will be included in the list of news sources used by Newsper;
• To place own news, articles and other materials.

In the nearest future we will launch net possibilities for communication with other participants of the project, unification into communities (clubs) by interests etc.

There are three statuses.
At the beginning of the registration any user gets the status "Participant". He/she has the possibility to use all options of "Personal Cabinet" including placement of own materials, but only after moderation passing, that is after control only by portal administration.
Depending on the activity (for materials placement, subscription, participation in questionnaires and contests etc. scores are credited) status is improved till "Moderator". Afterwards you shall gain the possibility to place your materials without additional control and moderate, edit materials of "Participants" that is lower in terms of hierarchy. The most active "Moderators" getting necessary quantity of scores, acquire status "Administrator" with full access to all functions including the possibility to appoint "Moderators", cancel and block "Participants" and "Moderators" etc., taking into account the chance to gain the contract on job position in the project with pay.

This section where you set personal headline(s). Notably define the convenient for you name of headline (for example, "Banks", "Dinamo Kiev", "Cinema" etc.)
Then you introduce key words/phrases (so called tags – for example, for headline "Banks": gryvnia, currency, exchange rate, deposits, banks etc. Robot searches these words in the text of news headers and select for you precisely these materials), involving necessary filters – from what region and sections to select the news into your headline. And, finally, you switch on the posting – that is periodicity, days of the week and time when Newsper sends your headline to your mailbox indicated by registration.

All e-mails will come into the e-mail address that you indicate by registration on our portal. However, in "Personal cabinet" passing through the reference "edit the profile", you can always change your data including the e-mail address as well.

In the section "Bookmark in Note" of the personal cabinet the news will be saved all the time during their presence in archive – 30 days for headers from the section "Headlines" and 1 year for full-text news from the section "Today News".
Your personally adjusted headline of the news works based on general principle for Newsper headlines, here news headers are not kept, but broadcasted and posted to the participants during last 24 hours.
